[EURO-Discuss] ALS Application from the European Media Platform

Media Platform. It is based in Kiev, Ukraine and would be a member of EURALO
if accepted.

Please find the application form attached. The regional liaison for Europe
has been informed and will provide us with due diligence for this
application in due course.
