Dear Olivier,
I want to thank you, and through you, the ALAC,  for the confidence and trust you have placed in me. As during the first term, I'm going to do my best to contribute to the NomCom decision-making from an At-large perspective.  With the valuable experience from the 2011 NomCom, I think I now can hit the ground running and be even more active from the very beginning of the process.
