[EURO-Discuss] Fwd: [Euro-board] Action Item from ALAC Call / Board Selection Process

Wolf,

My understanding is that EURALO encouraged Avri
to become a candidate. I know Avri had it in
mind to be a candidate before we asked her, but I
think we initiated contact in offering support.

If I am correct and this is the case, then it
would seem reasonable to ask if anyone objects to
EURALO supporting a petition to have Avri added
to the slate. Make sense?

Also need to be clear that petitioning to have
someone on a slate does not mean a promise to
vote for them. Decisions on voting should be
based on full consideration of the candidates,
any discussions we may have with them etc. We
are simply trying to give ourselves the best
options in selecting the best candidate.

Thanks,

Adam
