Hi Wolf,

Try to gain the approval if possible. It would be appropriate to include the statement in the Summit Declaration. I guess the majority could suffice.

Hi,

the statement was forwarded to Evan/NARALO and Carlton/LACRALO for 
verification and potential support (more doesn't seem to be realistic on 
short notice). Several of us agree that it cannot be included in the Summit 
Declaration without prior approval of all - besides some other formal 
considerations. But I agree that it should be presented at tomorrow's 
Open Forum.
