[EURO-Discuss] IMPORTANT: 2nd Survey on the At-Large Summit Mexico 09 – response needed!

first of all, my best wishes for the newly started year 09 and I hope that all your ideas and plans may come true.

The working group is in a decisive planning phase for the Summit now and posted a 2nd Survey on 23 December to be finalised at the 12 January 09 at the latest. It is a precious tool in our final programming of that major event as it is meant to determine the issues of the 5 working groups at the At-Large summit. We therefore need to know your preferences!

At the 1st Survey conducted in summer-autumn of last year we already achieved 20 out of 24 responses which was a good result. I therefore urge you to fill-in the 2nd Survey as well to allow as many of our ALSes as possible to participate at this major event at the end of February 09 in Mexico! To answer the questions submitted to you by the Staff (on bigpulse with your personal sign-ins) won’t take longer than 2 minutes (and it doesn’t hurt at all ;-).

Please be aware that the travel preparations for the Summit will start soon now. Our ALS representatives will receive travel suggestions in the coming weeks and you should confirm (or modify) them immediately.

Thanks for your support and I am looking forward to welcome most of you in Mexico. EURALO will convey its 2nd General Assembly (GA) there but you will receive a separate invitation for this with agenda suggestions and further details regarding time and venue.
