[EURO-Discuss] Invitation to Helsinki outreach ...

Hi Wolfgang,

I would like to consider your "standing invitation  to use Helsinki as another outreach activity to Russia and Nothern Europe (Estonia etc.) still very seriously -- it would be good to find some time over the next days to discuss this in detail!
