Four hours sounds a bit like a Comintern meeting.  I wasn't anticipating
this when I clicked 17h UTC on the Doodle, and alas will have to leave by
18:30.   Hopefully someone will be able to take notes and report later for
those who cannot make the whole thing....

Personally, I'd have preferred to reverse this order and work from your 5 =>
1, as sorting out overall board functioning and planning seem antecedent to
considering specific initiatives and meetings.  Front loading the
foundational stuff might also be useful if there are others who will have to
sign off early as well.  But if you prefer to move from specific to general
hopefully there will be a report to which people can respond online to
address such items.
