[EURO-Discuss] Vote for EURALO board size

Currently the ballot has options for voters to choose 5, 7, 9, or all
candidates.  Each of those options therefore has equal treatment with
respect to potential votes, and an equal chance to receive the largest
number of votes.

Voting is currently underway as you know.
