Dear All:

May I suggest that rather than continuing to discuss the dates for
nominations, it would be sensible to start the process of nominating
candidates? I am away from 10th to 24th April but Susie will be here
and can keep the Nominations Wiki page up to date.

In putting forward candidates, please remember:

We need at least five (5) board members - and whilst many can be
nominees from the same country, only one from each country could be
elected with respect to those first five.
We need two ALAC members - from different countries and different
ALSes - though again multiple candidates from the same country are
entirely possible.

Please remember that whatever timeline is ultimately decided, it is
important that the ALAC members, at least, are elected early May at
the latest, as at least one, if not both, will need to attend the
ICANN Meeting in San Juan and they need time to arrange for time
away, to get tickets purchased, and to get up-to-speed on what is
going on in ALAC to most effectively represent the region.

I hope this meets with everyone's favour.
