[EURO-Discuss] [alac] ALAC Committee - Liaisons to other constituencies and processes

Check the bylaws.  ALAC appoints *five* *voting* *members* of the
nominating committee each year.

The liaison positions to the board and the SOs and the task forces
are all non-voting, though.
