<div class="">As I said in a previous message, there are positions for which you can be supported by a team - to add a Board member is easy, a newcomer can learn on the job, but the NomCom rep cannot count on others with whom to share information or ask for
advice.</div>

<div class="">I have been thinking of applying myself, but the problem is that the bulk of the work comes between March and June, that is exactly when I will be under pressure for EuroDIG 2021.</div>
