Maybe when there is an overlap SeB could delegate the Chair function to a Vice-Chair. It is important to fill the NomCom rep seat, and if this is the only solution we cannot leave the seat empty.
<div class="">I fully understand Erich’s concern, but also believe that while the Chair is supported by a Board that can partly alleviate the task and the commitment, because of confidentiality reasons the job of NomCom rep is bound to be carried on in solitude.</div>
