<p class="MsoNormal"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;font-family:"Helvetica Neue"">He is very familiar with ICANN all the various groups within ICANN and the internet ecosystem. He speaks fluent English and French. He has a good ability in judging people based
on his years of experience having been involved in recruiting researchers and volunteers for various organisations. He understands the world economy, internet governance and diplomacy and can naturally work in a group. He would also dedicate the necessary
amount of time to this role as he has done in all the previous roles he volunteered for. Clement would bring his experience of ATLAS III to play and ready to serve the community. More importantly, as a member of NomCom, he hopes to bring his PhD and post PhD
