<div>Regarding secretariat, Natalya as show an increasing involvement in Euralo and A-large activities since she participates to IGF Global in Paris.</div>
<div>She will be able to grow in understanding our organisation if she can take this position. And Atlas III will also be a good opportunity.</div>
<div>I must add that she is one of the few from Eastern Europe engage in our work and some gender balance is necessary.</div>
