you have found the email below in your mailbox. This is the email
inviting you to the RALO's General Assembly.<br>
<br>
At this stage you have three options:<br>
<br>
1. attend the General Assembly (GA) in person: please indicate this
on the Doodle Poll.<br>
2. attend the General Assembly remotely: instructions for attending
in this way will be sent out soon.<br>
3. do not attend the General Assembly: in which case you can
nominate a <b>PROXY </b>to represent you. A proxy will need to
attend the General Assembly either in person, or remotely.<br>
In order to nominate a proxy, email them, with a copy to
<a class="moz-txt-link-abbreviated" href="mailto:staff@atlarge.icann.org">staff@atlarge.icann.org</a> giving them details of your proxy. As per
practice in past General Assemblies, there will be a maximum of <b>two
</b>proxies possible per member present at the GA and staff will
inform you if a nominated proxy has exceeded their vote allocation
and suggest alternatives.<br>

<font color="#ff0000">It is really important that you take action
for one of these three options above, as it is important that the
General Assembly achieves quorum.</font><br>
