ICANN's structure and constituency-based model encourages a volunteer to grow in the organization and take on leadership roles. I joined the Non-Commercial Users' Constituency (NCUC) and slowly got involved with various working groups, and was elected to the NCUC Executive Committee in 2015.</span></div>
