Helsinki or if you are not going to be able to attend it using
remote participation, then please email your proxy to

of who you are delegating your power to.<br>

If you think you might be able to participate remotely, but are
unsure and might be delayed, it is safer to issue a proxy to someone
else and if you are present on the call, you can always cancel it at
the start of the meeting. It is a good idea to do that ASAP.<br>

All transfers of proxy votes must be notified and recorded at the opening of the General Assembly for being valid.
