<div>As the IANA Stewardship Transition is a critical issue that
will greatly affect end users worldwide, the ALAC will submit a
Statement on the 2nd Draft Proposal. While identifying issues to
comment about, the ALAC wants to hear from our individual ALSes
and unaffiliated members across the five RALOs to gather input
internally. </div>
