Dear Adam, thank you so much for the clarification but there are still a lot of corners regarding zoom. Despite the fact of the update and changes of their privacy policy.

Hi Annette, All;

ICANN's IT staff are confident in using Zoom.  We have implemented passwords for all meetings, and addressed the concerns you'll see in the FBI review of Zoom's privacy and security issues.  A lot of these concerns could be addressed through Zoom settings, ICANN staff we aware of these and had already changed the defaults for our meetings. We are also working direct with Zoom and feel confident they are doing a good job.  And long may this continue!

Keep a look out for updates for the applications you use and keep things updated.

This is an important discussion. But that it takes place on “zoom” is a said proof of a lack of a well functioning user centered IT-Infrastructure.

Any alternatives we can use in the future?
