Dear Paul,

personally, I'd like to support this nomination so please write me down
in support.

Unfortunately I do not have the time to issue a consensus call for this
nomination on the EURALO mailing list, but all day tributes and messages
of support have been coming from EURALO members. Several of our members
have also suggested the same nomination. It is worth noting that he has
also held a leading role in the establishment of the EURALO Individuals
Association. That, in itself, shows how Stéphane was active with so many
communities in ICANN.
