[EURO-Discuss] We nominated two EURALO officers. Why it's not enough?

Dear all,

Thank you very much for your explanation. I will not repeat that there is
no rules for Secretariat election in EURALO Bylaws, instead  there are
rules for Vice-Chair election, but I would like to ask one more question
(before the start of the election): would it be enough to receive simple
majority of voters to become Secretariat or it will be more complicated
process?
