[EURO-Discuss] WG: Regional Advice needed ALS application 221 ISOC Russia Chapter

as I haven't seen any objection regarding the ISOC Russia chapter application until yesterday (deadline) -- besides some strong approvals from Olivier and others -- our Regional Advice on the applicant to ALAC will be *positive* = recommending certification of the new ALS.
