Please find below a note with requests sent on behalf of Evan Leibovitch and Wolf Ludwig, ATLAS II Events Program Coordinators.

Dear All,

As noted earlier, At-Large participants at the Singapore meeting met five times to discuss At-Large Summit II (ATLAS II) preparatory questions such as logistical issues and thematic priorities and questions for the forthcoming At-Large summit in London.

Among the items discussed, the group reviewed the inputs of the ATLAS II Event Working Group in detail by comparing it with the ATLAS II Survey results.

After a very dynamic on-spot discussion, the topics of the thematic priorities were amended. This selection takes into account the overarching ATLAS II theme, recent key announcements within the Internet eco-system, and earlier survey results.

Please find below the modified list of 5 thematic topics, which will be discussed within a series of breakout sessions during the summit. As next steps in our proceeding we agreed to send this Solicitation Letter to the Event WG and other interested members who were present in Singapore.

Subject Matter Experts will lead and coordinate session content and output. In discussions in Singapore, several At-Large community members were proposed:

1. The future of multistakeholderism - Adam Peake
2. The globalization of ICANN - Rinaliah Abdul Rahim / Roberto Gaetano
3. Global Internet: The User Perspective - Jean-Jacques Subrenat
4. ICANN Transparency and Accountability - Avri Doria / Hong Xue
5. At-Large Community Engagement in ICANN - Olivier Crépin-Leblond / Mike O'Connor

Any community member who is interested to contribute to one of the break out subjects above and being a member of the respective session organization group is welcome. Please let us know your interest and favoured topical group until Sunday, 13 April 2014. Or please post your interest on the ATLAS II Thematic Group Coordination Workspace by Sunday, 13 April 2014 at https://community.icann.org/display/atlarge/ATLAS+II+Thematic+Group+Coordination.

We also need to identify experienced community members for session moderation and reporting. Both are crucial additional functions to ensure quality of session conduct as well as outcomes. Please either let us know your interest for one of these functions or post your name on the ATLAS II Thematic Group Coordination Workspace until Monday, 21 April 2014.

Your collaboration in this important ATLAS II programming process is  much appreciated. We are only 74 days from the start of ATLAS II!
