Dear Roberto,

congratulations on this new appointment!

There are indeed some of our members who hold office on Boards of other
organisations including in Registrars, Registries and as applicants for
new gTLDs. As long as your potential conflict is declared, this is
generally not a problem except of course if the work you perform in the
PIR Board is directly in conflict with the work in At-Large.
