[EURO-Discuss] R: Regional advice on Euralo Individuals Association

I am uncomfortable in being in this mailing list while the application is being discussed, you should be free to provide criticism without me listening.
This said, be aware that the purpose of this application is to provide an open platform for individuals, and by its nature it is prone to changes and suggestions by the internet community.
I believe that changes to the name and to bylaws articles should be possible, as long as these changes do not affect the principle of openness.
