Dear all,

as announced by the end of December, the next EURALO General Assembly (GA) 2013 will be convened on 19 June PM in Lisbon/Portugal, in line with the next EuroDIG. And as noted before, it will be a face-to-face meeting again where all members are invited and funded by ICANN.

Due to the fact that we have a rather limited budget only for our F2F GA, we need to start with our preparations, particularly travel bookings, as soon as possible to allow cheap flight fares for all of you. The registration procedure for the Lisbon GA therefore has to be accomplished by the *end of January* or beginning of February latest! After your registration you will be contacted by ICANN Constituency Travel for direct booking arrangements and for cheapest flights whenever possible.

As mentioned before, your GA invitation comprises travel, two hotel nights in Lisbon (19 and 20 June) plus Per diems for three days – covering your participation at EuroDIG 2013 as well. Those of you who intend to stay over for a cosy summer weekend in Lisbon can state this for the travel arrangements – extra nights in Lisbon are on your own expenses however.

What I need to know during the next two weeks is:
*the name of the ALS representative coming to Lisbon *besides the closest airport to your respective residence.

Regular ALS representatives who may be prevented for any reason during those days already can nominate a replacement representing their ALS.

The following ALSes have responded already and do not need to register again:
