Dear Stoyan,

I note with pleasure that the University of Library Studies and Information Technologies (UniBIT) in Bulgaria was successfully certified as a new ALS by ALAC and I take the opportunity to welcome you on board of EURALO - the regional At-Large organization. Congratulations!

As we are currently preparing our next 2013 General Assembly (GA) in Lisbon - inline with the European Dialogue on Internet Governance (EuroDIG) -, I would like to invite UniBIT as a new member to our GA to be conducted in Lisbon. This will be a face-to-face meeting again, and all EURALO members are invited and will be funded by ICANN (incl. travel, hotel, per diems).

The date for the next Lisbon GA is 19 June 2013 in the afternoon.
The invitation covers participation at the annual EuroDIG on 20 - 21 June -- what became the European version of the IGF by now -- see http://www.eurodig.org/

As we have to care for travel arrangements etc. in the coming weeks already, please let me know over the next days whether we can count on UniBIT's participation in summer in Lisbon. Thanks and

kind regards,

Wolf Ludwig
EURALO Chair
