[EURO-Discuss] support for TaC application

Thanks, Oksana, for your introduction of TaC and Yuliya Morenets, the 
new ALS applicant at EURALO still under-going the regular DD procedure 
at ALAC. I can only underline and support what you said, TaC and Yuliya 
organized a Workshop at the upcoming IGF in Nairobi and are very active 
in various fields of Internet governance and user empowerment. 

Therefore I guess, our regional advice on their application shouldn't imply 
any difficulties ;-)
