I will not be available.  And I just looked at the calendar and see the May meeting is scheduled on the 18th, during an important CSTD meeting at the UN, so I will not be able to attend that one either. 

I've said it before and fwiw will repeat, I wish we could Doodle and find times that work better for more board members.
