[EURO-Discuss] Opening speech of Swiss Federal Counsellor Leuenberger at the IGF

below please find the link to the speech of Mr. Leuenberger, Federal Counsellor of Switzerland, for the opening of the IGF in Sharm el Shejk, 15. November 2009 (unfortunately in German only so far). I think, it’s an excellent speech in the name of the Council of Europe – and even mentioning the EuroDIG:
