Any chance to talk him into having the Open Institute joining the APRALO,
maybe with the collaboration of Norbert Klein?
The Open Institute seems to qualify, looking at the web site. And it would
be a very good addition to ALAC to have some further expertise in
implementation of IT in non-ASCII scripts.
