Indeed, very helpful notes for those of us who alas missed it, thanks.

I agree with those who suggested that the role of individual users should be addressed, this issue has been lingering unresolved since we started, and is relevant to the discussion about how to elect the ALAC board member.*

I can participate, although 17:00 CET would have been easier.

When did we express this preference, can someone point me to a text, URL, whatever?  I don't recall the discussion and decision, may have missed a meeting/memo...
