[EURO-Discuss] Information: Updated Secretariats Workspace and Cross-RALO Secretariats Call

Dear All,

Two initiatives that emerged from the Secretariats Meeting that took place at the Sydney Meeting on 25 June were the updating  of the At-Large Secretariats Workspace and the establishment of regular cross-RALO teleconferences between the RALO officers.

This message moves these two initiatives forward.

The updated At-Large Secretariats Workspace (available at: https://st.icann.org/secretariat/index.cgi) at the moment contains the following types of information:

-           announcements relevant to all RALO secretariats for communication to their ALSes

-          agendas of upcoming and previous cross-RALO teleconferences and Secretariat meetings

-          cross-RALO projects including Secretariat proposals on information accessibility and dissemination of documents, enhancement of outreach and participation, enhancement of public consultation, and At-Large community development

-          RALO projects that highlight current RALO activities and policy development within the regions

-          Identification of RALO officers

-          RALO organising documents

A cross-RALO teleconference for RALO Secretariats is also proposed to tentatively take place on 20 August (see: https://st.icann.org/secretariat/index.cgi?20_august_2009).
