[EURO-Discuss] Change of Time to Monday Opening of Paris ICANN Meeting - starts half an hour early

On Monday, Min. Eric Besson will be joining us to speak at the Welcome Ceremony for the Paris ICANN Meeting - to accommodate his schedule, there is a change in the morning schedule - the President's Report will open the day at 8:30 am and the Welcome Ceremony is scheduled to start at 9:30am.

In other words, the meeting will start one-half hour earlier than previously scheduled.
