On behalf of the Staff, please welcome the 2008 Nominating Committee  
appointments to the At-Large Advisory Committee:

Hue Nguyen  (Vietnam - Asia)
Vanda Scartezini (Brazil - Latin America and the Caribbean)
Fatimata Sylla  (Senegal - Africa)

They replace Siavash Shahshahani (Iran - Asia), Jacqueline Morris  
(Trinidad & Tobago - Latin America and the Caribbean Islands), and  
Alice Wanjira-Munyua (Kenya - Africa) respectively.

I hope you will all give them a good welcome - and extend your thanks  
for the service of those who are departing from the ALAC.
