[EURO-Discuss] Voting procedure for ALAC seats

May I suggest to everyone that it is usual, during voting, not to
either explain votes, state support for candidatures or choices, or
the opposite.

After the voting ends is the usual point at which explanations of a
vote, if there are any, are to be expected.
