[EURO-Discuss] Vote on changing of voting rules starts today

All,
if something takes place where people have to take action this should be transparent in the title of the mail (and several days in advance...). This is, why I resend this mail.
So voting on the questions if voting rights should be limited to those ALSes who have signed the MOU will take place from today until wednesday.

For clarification: No other voting on any issue will take place until this decision has been taken.
