[Euro-board] Populating 2 Task Forces to prepare ICANN71

Dear Colleagues,
Following our last EURALO Board call, I come back to you to setup 2 task forces to prepare ICANN71 in The Hague (virtually) Europe.



Task force 1
EURALO at ICANN71 Prep-Week
The main idea is to invite all the members of EURALO ALSes for a (virtual) EURALO global Town Hall during the ICANN71 Prep-Week.
It is in less that 2 months. It is very short to organize such event.
Your help will be welcome
First ideas
Date: Tuesday 1st June 2021
Time: Late afternoon (15:00 UTC - 17:00 CEST) or beginning of evening (18:00 UTC - 20:00 CEST)
Duration : 90 minutes or 120 minutes
Format: 180 seconds speeches 
Interpretation; English, Russian, Spanish, French

Task force 2
EURALO at ICANN71 Policy Forum
The main idea is to organize a (virtual) EURALO social event during the ICANN71 Policy Forum.
It is in less that 2,5 months. It is very short to organize such event.
Your help will be welcome

Date: Tuesday 15th June 2021
Time: Late afternoon (15:00 UTC - 17:00 CEST) or beginning of evening (18:00 UTC - 20:00 CEST)
Duration : 90 minutes or 120 minutes or longer (The EURALO night?)
Format: ? 
Interpretation; English, Russian, Spanish, French

I suggest that we start to discuss the 2 project (even if the groups are not yet ready) on the 6th of April at 18:00UTC as a board meeting.
