Dear Natalia, Sébastien,

Thank you very much! The table looks good. It is certainly more convenient to use than the previous version. And it was a good idea to add columns for the name and e-mail of the ALS representative ( I think that's what they are called, not liaisons).

Have a nice weekend!

Yrjö

Dear Sebastien,
thank you, great idea. We may do it universal and more useful.
I already updated the the spreadsheet (added liaison/email columns and correct the "Public Interest" following your advice).

Last version is attached

Sincerely,
Natalia Filina

Well done
Maybe useful to add the name of the liaison between an ALS and Euralo / At-Large (and the contact mail address?
We may need to add one way or another a gdpr compliance?

Keep doing so useful think Natalia and Yrjö.
All the best
SeB

Dear Yrjo,
I kindly ask you to have a look at the snapsheet (attached to the email).
what I`ve done:
- copied all the data from our previous table into a new form.
- brought the name of ALSs to a single spelling (and removed duplicates).
- added an IOT and Cyber Security expertise field and a column to fill the emails. If you think it's unnecessary, I can remove it.

- added a filters on the columns (it is convenient to search for a list of expertise for 1 member /1 ALS / 1 country, and make the analys).

Sincerely,
Natalia Filina

Dear Yrjo,
thank you! I take this task and we`ll check the links (they work) and list of the members.
I have one question:
Before the sending the letter with proposal to update the expertise info https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/1QjrOsGLQCCuMYJhVaLIVtYw-ifDSeNX2BXGUtyayZNA/edit#gid=809962045<https://nam01.safelinks.protection.outlook.com/?url=https%3A%2F%2Fdocs.google.com%2Fspreadsheets%2Fd%2F1QjrOsGLQCCuMYJhVaLIVtYw-ifDSeNX2BXGUtyayZNA%2Fedit%23gid%3D809962045&data=02%7C01%7C%7C7e8a5695950e4324952708d7a0e7a012%7C84df9e7fe9f640afb435aaaaaaaaaaaa%7C1%7C0%7C637154789894474191&sdata=sMp%2FViu0YMX7034M7NUJ9a69xl2RJxUhPCtOiKnyiq4%3D&reserved=0> - would we like to change the format of the spreadsheet (as we discussed) or don`t? To put the separate columns for ALS/country/name (maybe to add the email`s address there)?

Sincerely,
Natalia Filina

Dear Natalia,

Thank you very much for offer to help, which indeed would be very much appreciated in the process of updating the EURALO expertise table.

Attached please find the last version of the form letter to ALS representatives and an Excel document with the data to be merged with the letter, which you could using Outlook Mailmerge, for example.

Please check with the staff that the links in the letter work and that the Excel list (that I got from Olivier) is up to date. As you know, Jimmy Schulz of LOAD eV has passed away, so that at last that contact address needs to be updated.

I'm cc'ing this to Sébastien so that he can take the final look at the letter before it is sent.

Best,

Yrjö
