[Euro-board] Update of the ALS expertise list

Dear Sébastien, Natalia,

Thank you for you comments. I have added a line about direct contacts as suggested by Sébastien.

I'm asking staff to take into account  Natalia's suggestion about the layout of the table,  ie. with "field of expertise" as the first column, which will make the table easier to use.

However, information about relationships to the relevant GAC representatives is not intended to be part of this table.  Rather, at this stage, asking ALS'es about them is intended to give a general idea, as far as EURALO is concerned,  of the feasibility of extending ALAC-GAC contacts and cooperation to national level, an idea that came up at their joint meeting at ICANN66.

If you have specific person with specific knowledge that Euralo leaders can contact directly can you give us all the relevants information?

I hope  you  all had a nice and peaceful holiday season!

I'm returning to the issue of improving the engagement of  our ALSes and independent members that we discussed at the EURALO GA in Berlin.

Attached please find, for your comments and observations,  a first draft for a message to the ALSes, asking them to update the ALS expertise table and to provide information about their role on the national/local internet governance scene.

I'd like the staff to check the links to the current expertise table and to the Google doc used for updating the list and to make sure these documents are only accessible after log-in.
