Dear Olivier,

Thank you for your inquiry. The week prior to ICANN64, the ALAC discussed the BIKLAB application. Guadeloupe is currently designated in the LACRALO region, but there was discussion within LACRALO and the ALAC regarding its designation. The RALO designation will soon be confirmed; I will update you and the EURALO Board as soon as possible.

We have noted the application from the “Asociación Grupo de Estudio e Investigación Académica en Derecho, Economía y Negocios en la Sociedad de la Información, Palma de Mallorca”, was not to proceed until its communication and structure were more established. Thank you for confirming they will be put “on hold” status; I have updated their status accordingly.

We will provide an update as soon as possible.

Kind Regards,
Evin

Subject: [Ext] BIKLAB,, Baie-Mahault,, Guadeloupe ALS application

Dear Staff,

following up on the ALAC meeting in Kobe and on the last ALAC call, I note that an application from Guadeloupe, EURALO region, was wrongly allocated for LACRALO to process.

II - Due Diligence Completed

Application # 294

When will this be re-allocated to EURALO to process?

Secondly, I also note that the current sole application for ALS in EURALO, the Asociación Grupo de Estudio e Investigación Académica en Derecho, Economía y Negocios en la Sociedad de la Información, Palma de Mallorca, Spain is still marked as "Due Diligence received" when we had put this application on hold a long time ago since we had asked them to set-up a local Web Site & show local activities rather than the Web site they had supplied which was the Argentinian headquarters web site. How is this progressing?

Kindest regards,

Olivier
