[Euro-board] EURALO Strategic Outreach Plan

Dear All,

Section - *Expected Activities and Outcomes*, last two paragraphs  -  *t**here
are therefore few suitable European-wide "*conference"*; *changed that to
conferences*. *Also*, the "IANN" meeting; changed that to ICANN meeting.*
