thank you. To make things even clearer, might I suggest this last sentence:

''Feedback from local representatives showed that the lack of active involvement from ALS representatives often resulted from a combination of:
-        their high professional workload (sometimes due to preparation for GDPR)
-        high volunteer workload at their ALS (many issues being due to GDPR)
-        thus no or little time left for their involvement in ICANN volunteer work even though in many cases, the professional contribution that was required (GDPR issues) aligned well with the   core interests of that ALS.’'

thank you for your kind feedback. I have re-written the last paragraph according to your feedback.
The problem was not that there was a low attendance of ALS representatives at the meetings I have set up. Indeed, quite the contrary, we had 100% response rate from ALS representatives to meet them. The paragraph explains that feedback from local representatives provided some of the reasons why we are not seeing more active involvement Europe-wide.
I hope my re-writing of this paragraph has managed to clear the ambiguity.

actually - since we need to file a request for me to travel to Tallinn &
attend ICANN Studienkreis, for the first time ever, we need to get the
Draft Outreach Strategic Plan up and ready as soon as possible. We need
to post a first draft by this Wednesday.

It is essentially a review of FY18 outreach activities and a forecast of
FY19 activities. We'll be able to make some amendments further down the
line, but with no plan filed by Wednesday we would have difficulty
applying for funding for me to travel to ICANN Studienkreis & for any
other CROP requests which are forthcoming.
