[Euro-board] [EURO-Discuss] Call for membership- EURALO Task force on Review of EURALO By-laws

Dear Silvia, dear all,

As discussed at the Board call yesturday, this TF (like others) should
work on the basis of a clear mandate by our members and needs
orientation what the scope of work should be; such as:
1. Define what the EURALO wants to do and check if, to do so, there is
or is not a need that parts of the Bylaws should be revised.
2. Come back and consult with our members about such selected or
proposed parts and reasons.
3. Members should review these proposals and reasons and decide on the
scope for further reviews.

I think otherwise such a complex and complicate task cannot be handled
in a timely and reasonable manner and again we would spent our time
discussing procedure instead of content!
