[Euro-board] Call for volunteers on Finance & Budget sub-committee

Dear Olivier,

I am sorry about the poor attendance of this last conf. call. As I have 
seen on the current membership list of the F&B sub-committee, there 
can be more than two participants from each region. If nobody else 
from the EURALO Board is pushing her-/himself to participate, I am 
willing and you can include me on the list.
