Hi, Adam,

Sorry for the belated reply. In principle ISOC - Bulgaria works on the IDN 
related issues, but I am not the person closely involved in this issue. Veni 
Markovski, the president of ISOC.BG might be the proper person to contact. Let 
me know if you need his email.

As for the concerns that our colleagues from APRALO have, with the Cyrillic 
characters we don't share same problems. For the greek characters I cannot 
answer, unfortunately.
