[Euro-board] Suggested draft EURALO agenda for 21 July teleconference

Firstly, all the best to you on your birthday, Adam!  Regarding the next EURALO teleconference, we will go ahead and re-schedule the meeting until Tuesday, 28 July given the large number of participants who will be unavailable on the 21st.
