[Euro-board] Options for standing monthly EURALO Board meetings

FYI, we've found that in every region, everyone travels a lot; Europe is not unique in this respect. Some months some people are unable to attend because of travel or other obligations, but since the meeting is monthly, that's OK, they catch up with the minutes, and attend the next month.

Interesting question, though it seems less related to the suggestion than to
the response.

Given that people in this group all travel a lot, probably we'll often end
up Doodling in any event.  So we can either arbitrarily select a single
standing date every month which some people will subsequently discover
doesn't work them, and then try to identify an alternative; or we can have
two standing options, perhaps a primary and a secondary, so that when
someone says they can't do A the range of possible B's is normally limited
to one and arrived at more quickly.

I'll roll with whichever people prefer, but tend to believe the former would
prove less efficient than the latter.

Certainly worth doing, not obvious one lends itself more to this than the
other.
