The worst fake renewal sender is DROA / DROC / Brandon James.  They are a 
real registrar located near Toronto who have sent me a stack of fake 
renewal letters several inches high.  They've been in trouble with both 
the US FTC and the Canadian Competition Bureau.  As far as I can tell, 
their goal is slamming.

If the RAA lets them keep doing what they're doing, there's definitely 
something wrong with the RAA.
