I am concerned that the initial comments suggest a tendency for the ALAC 
to select ALAC - insider selects insider - which is not at all what was 
on my mind when I was arguing for "publicly chosen directors" on the 
review Working Group.

I would look sadly upon a process that was pre-loaded in favor of ALAC 
insiders and did not have as its dominant features a candidacy process 
and a selection process that was open to any and all internet users.
